  • Join our mission-driven team creating meaningful opportunities across London. As Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful training and support programmes while working closely with a collaborative, values-driven team.

    This flexible part-time hybrid role is ideal for someone highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about community impact.

    Reporting to: Head of Programmes, London

    Remuneration: £29,000 (pro-rata, 0.6 FTE)

    Duration: Permanent

    Location: Hybrid, including coworking Office Space in Brixton.

    Work Style: 3 days per week (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours/wk), Flexible hours, availability to occasionally support a minimum of 4 hrs over the weekend. Wednesdays are the in-person team working day at the office and training sessions typically run on the same evenings - attendance is mandatory for these events.

Volunteering roles

  • Support one of the young people on our programmes!

    Programme outline: mentor one of our programme participants, working with them at our markets on the weekend and leading 1:1 mentoring sessions.

    Requirements: no previous mentoring experience is required as we provide training, resources and support. Just enthusiasm and positive energy!

    Recruitment: our programmes happen every two months so we are always looking for volunteers to join us.

  • Gain work experience, training and mentoring!

    Programme outline: work at one of our markets on the weekend, attend weekly employability training sessions and be supported by a mentor

    Duration: 2 months

    Participants: refugees and young people seeking asylum aged 16-24 years

    Recruitment: the programme runs every two months. We have a waiting list, so we recommend signing up now!

  • Get your first job in the UK as a Market Stall Manager!

    Programme outline: manage one of our bread markets every weekend, attend regular employability training sessions and have a mentor

    Duration: 6 months

    Participants: refugees looking for their first job in the UK

    Recruitment: positions open every few months, so we recommend applying now!
