BreadWINNERS at Hackney Moves 2023

This weekend, we took on the Hackney Moves Community 5K as a team of 16 current & former mentors, programme participants, staff, and supporters - one for the books!!

A man of firsts, our superstar Alumni Elias, who was a Riser on our very FIRST cohort 6 years ago, even finished the race FIRST with an incredible time of 00:16:11!! However - this was only a warm-up for our BreadWINNER as he also ran the Hackney Half the following day!

A BIG THANK YOU to Sarah and Jade (our Community Organiser) for coordinating and facilitating this fantastic day out in the Hackney marshes and THANK YOU to the motivated members of our community who participated and fundraised for us!! You smashed it!
