Our core team
Our core team are passionate about driving transformational change, working with great young people and improving prospects for people seeking asylum in the UK.
Martin Cosarinsky Campos is our Director, an expert in continuous improvement methodologies with in depth experience in both the profit making and charity sector, and graduate of both the “On Purpose” and “School for Social Entrepreneurs” programmes.
Josie Kyan is our Risers Programme Manager, supporting our young people with training, mentorship, and community before they obtain the Right to Work in the UK.
Amjad is our Market Coordinator in Brighton & Hove, overseeing logistics and our Market Stall Managers.
Adepeju Adegun is our Digital Communications Assistant, working on our Google Ads and regularly contributing to our blog.
Hassan Abdullahi is our Operations Coordinator, managing the markets in London and our ecommerce. Hassan is a graduate of both the “Risers” and “Breadwinners” programmes.
Hussam Alsamman is our Proofers Programme Manager, heading our newest digital skills programme and co-ordinating our wholesale orders.
Fawzia Haeri Mazanderani is our Risers Programme Manager in Brighton, supporting our young people with training, mentorship, and community before they obtain the Right to Work in the UK.
Martha Solloway is our Breadwinners Programme Manager and Communications Officer, providing our young people with their first job in the UK and helping them to take on further opportunities, as well as curating our website, social media and newsletter.
Antonia Gillett is our Brighton Operations Manager, leading our expansion into Brighton & Hove.
Sara is our Communications Assistant and is a graduate of the Risers programme. She is responsible for creating social media content and writing blogs.
Our trustees board
Our trustees are each carefully recruited for their specific experience to enhance the charity’s impact and long term sustainability.
The Chair, John Lister, is the Founder of Shipton Mill, Celtic Bakery and several restaurants in London, and provides invaluable advice and in depth knowledge and networks in the bakery sector.
Anneka de Silva is our Fundraising Trustee. She brings 14 years of experience in international development and fundraising and is Director of Resource Mobilisation and Business Development for Save the Children’s Syria Response.
Our newly appointed Comms and Marketing Trustee Kate Sanger, is the Head of Communications & Public Affairs at Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust.
Tracey Hamer, our safeguarding Trustee is the Safeguarding Policy and Practice Manager at Refugee Action and has in depth experience working with our beneficiary group.
Harry George is our Business Develpment Trustee. Harry George opened his first coffee shop at 21 and now works for SEND coffee.
Baneta Yelda is our Refugee Employment Trustee. She is the co-owner of Companio Bakery in Manchester and is an Assyrian Iraqi who arrived in the UK as a refugee in 2014.
Noreen O'Prey is our People and Culture Trustee. With over two decades of experience in the people field, Noreen is helping Breadwinners implement a new People & Culture Strategy.
Newly appointed treasurer Tim Stoller who is a Strategy and Commercial Director Consultant bringing extensive experience in the charity and for profit sectors.
