  • We offer delivery 7 days a week.

  • Large orders are welcome (please notify us one week in advance).

  • Our on-time, in-full delivery rate is 98%.

  • If you experience any issues (shortages, delays, quality concerns), please notify us the same day with photos, and we’ll resolve them right away.

Our office is open 7.00 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday

Ordering & cancellation deadlines for products with a standard lead time are as follows:


Monday by 12.00 (noon) for delivery Wednesday

Tuesday by 12.00 (noon) for delivery Thursday

Wednesday by 12.00 (noon) for delivery Friday

Thursday by 12.00 (noon) for delivery Saturday

Friday by 12.00 (noon) for delivery Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

Deliveries are made across the London area, 7 days per week. If you think you’ll be closed during early morning delivery hours, then we can arrange with you a secure place to leave the delivery
