About the Proofers Programme

The programme trains refugees to become online sales representatives. gaining further customer service experience and IT skills through running our online bread delivery and wholesale services.

This programme was created as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic. The Proofers call customers to gather feedback about our products and services, establishing a connection with customers, and providing them with the best customer service.

In this programme, participants are provided with laptops and headsets and are supported with weekly training and 1:1 mentoring, so they can use the experience to progress into further roles.

This programme is currently only a progression from previous programmes and not open to direct applications. We encourage new prospective applicants to first apply to our Risers or Breadwinners Programmes.
